It has been revealed that a wooden rollercoaster has been planned for the 2018 season.

The wooden rollercoaster will be manufactured by GCI and will be on the old site of The Flume in between Mutiny Bay and Katanga Canyon. The ride will include a silent magnetic lift hill which hints at a possible launch. A sound tunnel will enclose the entirety of the first drop and themed sound tunnels and noise screens will be used around the ride. A new food outlet and queue line kiosk will be opened. A 140 second pre-show will fit 50 people before the ride.

The ride's construction will begin in September this year and will be fully completed by December 2017. The ride will officially open in the 2018 season.

From looking at the plans, it seems that the ride will have many airtime hills and a possible inversion. There will also be an indoor dark ride section at the beginning.
