Hello, my name is Lauren, I'm 14 years old, I'm from Wales, UK and I have a strange incurable addiction to the internet. The first time I went to Alton Towers is when I was 5 which is when I bought a keyring with my name on it that I still have today and is still my favourite piece of merchandise that I got from the Park. The first rollercoaster ride I ever rode was a year later on Sonic Spinball (which was called Spinball Whizzer at the time). I would say my favourite restaurant on the Park is the Burger Kitchen and I can't leave the Park without having their delicious chicken strips! I'm also very fond of the donuts from Nemesis Donuts - they're also a must whilst visiting the Park. My favourite rides would have to be Air, Nemesis, Rita and Th13teen. But I'm also very fond of Duel, Hex and the Congo River Rapids. My favourite times to go to the Park are October for Scarefest and November for the Fireworks Spectacular since the atmosphere is so amazing and I love going in the Scare Zones and watching the amazing fireworks display. Alton Towers has got to be my all-time favourite place!

Hi! My name is Morgan and I am from North Wales. I have only been visiting the Park since October 2014 but after my first visit, I was instantly addicted to the Park and I wanted to learn more. I always talked about Alton Towers to my mum but she eventually got bored of me talking about the Park so, in August 2015, I decided to create TowersBlog - the Facebook page ran by Alton Towers fans for Alton Towers fans. The main reason I created the page was to talk about the Resort to my hearts content without my mum telling me that she was bored of hearing about Alton Towers this and Alton Towers that. Even if the page hadn't got any likes at all, I'd at least have somewhere to talk about my favourite thing. My first ever ride at the Park was Air. I'd never been on a big ride like that before and it was my first ride with an inversion in it. The biggest ride I'd been on before that was the Big Dipper at Blackpool Pleasure Beach years ago. I got such an adrenaline rush from riding the ride and I honestly had no words to describe what it felt like. I instantly fell in love. And it's because of this obsession that you're reading this today!
